What time should guests plan to arrive on campus?
Fisher Stadium will be open for guest seating at 9:30 a.m. Guests can enter through Gates 1, 2 and 3.

What time and where should members of the Class of 2021 participating in Commencement arrive to campus and meet?
Those members of the Class of 2021 registered to participate in the Commencement ceremony should arrive on campus at the Kirby Sports Center fully robed by 9:15 a.m. The assembly location will be in the Kirby Sports Center arena.  Students will arrive and sit in alphabetical order at their labeled seat.

*If you will not be attending Commencement, please indicate so here, no later than May 1. Students who will not be attending Commencement will still have their names read, in absentia.

Will the College Store be open on Commencement Day?
The new College Store is located at 211 McCartney St. and will be open on Commencement day from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

What locations on campus are available to purchase food on Commencement Day?
The new Trolley Stop Diner, located at 201 S. McCartney Street, will be open on Commencement day from 7:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.  Reservations are not required.

The College Store also sells pre-packaged food items and beverages and will be open from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

The Lafayette Food Truck will also be available in front of the Williams Arts Center located at the corner of Hamilton and High Streets from 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Concession stands will be open for limited beverage and snack purchases inside the stadium during the ceremony.

Where do I pick up pre-ordered roses for my graduate? 
Orders will be available for pick-up at the information booth inside Fisher Stadium, accessible through Gate 2, on May 30th.

Will a photographer be on site to take Commencement photographs?
GradImages will be providing professional photography services during the commencement ceremony, capturing individual photographs of each graduate. You will receive a notification from them within a week following the ceremony with access to your proofs.  Additionally, you can register with GradImages in advance of the ceremony to receive 20% off your order.  You can find your proofs following the ceremony at www.gradimages.com, or contact their customer service directly.

Be sure to make your Senior Class Gift and earn your Class of 2021 pin to wear at Commencement! When you make a gift of any amount to any area on campus, you will receive your class pin. Alumni Relations welcomes the Class of 2021 to the community of over 30,000 Lafayette alumni.
